- Two hours of scheduled installation time. Additional time gets billed at $35.00 an hour.
* Note: Weather and DNS issues may cause slow down the instant nature of the Internet, but we rarely experienced such problems.
Minimum Requirements

- A computer with a Windows NT, Windows 2000 or a Windows XP operating system. While we believe we can handle (and are willing to try) configuring other Windows operating systems, we make no promises or guarantees on timeliness (or success) with those.
- Your computer MUST connect to the Internet through BrightHouse (or RoadRunner). Other ISPs might work, and we are willing to try other ISPs, but we know BrightHouse (and RoadRunner). Other Internet Service Providers typically create problems through their the service they provide or through the hardware they provide (i.e., modem).
- One computer MUST connect directly to the BrightHouse modem (no hardware firewalls). If you need to hook up multiple computers to the Internet, we offer help hooking up multiple computers to the Internet.
- Your computer must hook up to the modem through ethernet wiring. We do NOT carry ethernet wires, or any other hardware with us, so your system must hook up through an ethernet wire from the NIC to the modem.
- The BrightHouse (or RoadRunner) modem provided by the ISP must have a 10/100 ethernet port.

- This computer requires two ethernet networking cards.
- A 10/100 ethernet switch.

You agree to the following:
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Due to the drive times for different areas, costs vary depending upon location.
- You agree to buy the domain name for ten years (10-years). The cost displayed here includes the price of the domain name.
- You agree to handle your own firewalls and system security. We recommend employing complicated passwords and disabling Guest accounts.
- We recommend logging onto the computer and working under a limited User account, as opposed to an Administrator account.
- Expect the list presented here to move to a different URI in the near future. Also expect the contents of the list to grow and change as time passes.
