The brilliant golden light means the item is
imbeddable. Most magic items, weather weapons, armor, shields or
wands or other magic items, will display this brilliant golden
light. The tone that follows provides the real clue.
Also, pay close attention to items you appraise
at the pawn shops. Pawnshops will tell you if an item is powerful (
imbeddable ) or is a magical artifact ( has a spell already imbedded
).
You ask the pawnbroker to appraise a glittering smoky topaz
buckle.
The pawnbroker turns the buckle over in his hands a few times.
Kilron furrows his brow, saying, "Hmm, an interesting item of power.
How's 552 silvers sound?"
You ask the pawnbroker to appraise a smooth monir seated monk
statue.
The pawnbroker turns the statue over in his hands a few times.
Kilron furrows his brow, saying, "Hmm, an interesting item of power.
How's 109 silvers sound?"
Both of those items are imbeddable items. |
